Meet the Architects

David has consulted with organizations in California, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Georgia, Tennessee, Utah, Arkansas and more for capital and endowment campaigns, comprehensive fundraising efforts, planned giving, development professional recruitment and coaching, charitable interest assessments (aka feasibility studies) and board training.
The strength of David's counsel lies in his experience advising and working with high-net-worth individuals and families to accomplish their charitable objectives. This is the experience he brings to clients looking to improve the success of their fundraising efforts.
Previously, David served as a Planned Giving Officer at the Columbus Foundation, the seventh largest community foundation in the country. He has assisted with the start-up of a rural, regional community foundation as its Director of Advancement and has also served as the launch director for another statewide community foundation. He is a licensed attorney (OH) and graduate of the University of Akron School of Law.

He consults across all areas of fundraising and has served non-profits in California, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Washington. His specialty focus has been where technology and fundraising meet. He oversees our database installation and management services as well as online giving, website integration, and the various tools, systems and processes that go with stewarding your donors well.
Dave also serves as the COO/Integrator of River Radio Ministries reaching all over Ohio with multiple radio formats.

Victoria’s experience includes a Fine Arts bachelor’s degree in communication, her roles as a content creator and account manager for Pace Setting Media, the publication of an award-winning book, an internship in communications at Piedmont Women’s Center, serving as a public speaking expert for Greenville Classical Academy’s senior capstone class, and years spent listening to and collaborating with her dad (David Baker, President of Giving Design).
Victoria is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, an official communication studies honor society of the National Communication Association (NCA), recognizing academic achievement and fostering professional development in the field of communication.
